My interpretation of blood when the album is played backwards is that the gunshot was his father being killed and god said he lost his life because he grew up without the guidance of a father which made him lose his way.

Something I noticed from the music video for HUMBLE. is that the shot shown at 25:32 is set up like the painting The Last Supper, with Kendrick in the middle like Jesus, which could be symbolism for his pride; putting himself in the place of God.
